Just Pop In! in Indianapolis

Popcorn is so popular in Indiana, that Just Pop In! owners Mandy Selke and Carly Swift (twin sisters) are opening a swanky bar this spring that will feature popcorn and beer flights, popcorn and wine pairings, and small plates featuring popcorn.

The women pop something like half a million pounds of raw popcorn each year since they opened in 2003. In 2008, they opened two stores in Indianapolis International Airport.

When popcorn is served at a sophisticated level, you know it has arrived!
