Here we are, cooking our food like we do every day. Deer over the open fire. We found some ears of wild corn.
Try to eat them. Wouldn't it be great if we could heat it up? Put them on a spit and hold it over the fire, just like we do with the deer meat.
Suddenly it starts popping. Yikes but then we see it didn't cause any real damage so we pick the stick up out of the fire. Have to get a new ear.
Do it again, but this time, we knew what to expect. Pop! Pop-pop! Whee!
Pull the puffy things off and eat them. Go great with deer!
